We print and manufacture all of our own Cardboard Displays and Cardboard Display Stands in-house at our facility in Manchester. Bespoke Cardboard Displays are easy to transport and even easier to install. We make a huge range of POS units, freestanding displays, exhibition displays, promotion or presentation boxes and branded furniture.
We stock a range of Re-board, cardboard and boxboard substrates for use in our cardboard engineering.
Re-board
Our most popular and versatile material is Re-board. An incredibly environmentally friendly substrate, made from 100% recycled fibres and easily recycled after use. Made with a unique core structure of corrugated board cells that are formed in layers for extra strength. This core is then covered with a pristine white smooth outer surface making it perfect for creating many different types of products with our vibrant full colour print to both sides for a stunning finish.
It has been developed to be lightweight yet strong with only 20% of the weight of MDF whilst also having 80% of its strength. This makes Re-board perfect for large lightweight displays that can be erected by one person, POS units for displaying products and even furniture for exhibitions and showrooms!
Fluted Cardboard
Fluted cardboard, like Re-board is recyclable and is perfect for print and folding. Suitable for double sided print and easily flat packed, fluted cardboard has been the go to material for most cardboard engineered products.
It comes in several different specifications depending on the use it is intended for:
• E-flute card - easily cut and folded on our state of the art digital finishing bed. This material is perfect for light to medium structural displays such as cut to shape freestanding promotions, pallet wraps, leaflet holders, ballot boxes etc.
• B-flute card - suitable for lightweight use in single or double sided displays. It's b-flute construction allows for more intricate cuts for things like freestanding cut out figures, presentation boxes, hanging promotions etc.
• E/B-flute card - a combination of both E and B flute bonded together for a stronger more rigd board. Used for more heavyweight solutions such as POS units, large displays, product dump bins, interlocking promotion boxes etc.
• Box board - thin card between 300-500 microns thick that is both lightweight and flexible for more intricate finishes. Typically used for small handheld promotions, pop up fret cut graphics, 3 dimensional invites etc.
