Make 2022 a greener year by switching from plastic to reboard

Reboard is fast becoming known across a number of industries as a greener alternative to plastic.

Especially in the retail industry where plastic is pretty much everywhere. Reboard is just as strong as plastic for a number of practical solutions, is much greener as it’s made from recycled materials, and is recyclable itself.

Reboard is also a great way for business to show they’re putting their money where their mouth is, and taking positive action to reduce the brand’s wider carbon footprint and work toward a cleaner, greener future.

Take plastic POS stands, for instance. They can be flimsy and prone to breaking after a short while, meaning shop owners will have to order in another batch of plastic stands, with the previous batch heading straight to landfill.

With the exhibition scene looking set to be more open than it has been over the past couple of years thanks to vaccination efforts and ‘learning to live’ with Coronavirus, now would be a great time to debut board-based materials instead of relying on traditional plastics.

The board is strong and sturdy enough to act as furniture such as chairs and tables for people that want to put their feet up at your exhibition stand. The board can also carry your company logo and colours, should you wish.

If you have marketing materials such as leaflets and brochures at your stands, for example, then again, board-based POS stands and shelving can be a great way to advertise them.

Most importantly, though, the board is a great talking point at events, and shows people within your industry and beyond that you’re making serious changes in your business to help combat climate change.
