An exciting opportunity within a leading graphics agency. We are recruiting for two full time vacancies within our busy, friendly, customer focused sales and account management team. Are you the person we’re searching for?
We provide solutions to clients all over the world and are the signage and graphics arm of the Grafenia PLC family; owners of printing.com and Nettl, the largest web and display network in Europe.
Based at our Manchester Head Quarters, your focus will be on converting sales, winning projects, and managing exciting existing accounts. You will have energy and focus to drive a ‘solution' based service that actively supports our wide range of loyal customers. Working on same day instant turnaround jobs to multi-month projects, you will bring the same level of enthusiasm to all our client's needs.
Working in a highly specialised team of multi-disciplined colleagues, you will be expected to challenge the norms and commit to providing a service that goes above and beyond that of our competitors. You'll relish the challenge of establishing new and existing client relationships and be happy to be judged on results. You will also be empowered to make the call on what’s best for our customers because we believe that allows you to operate in the best way possible.
We’ll provide you with full training in product and system training and support will be given as part of the developing role. You’ll be supported directly but you’ll have the appetite to hit the ground running.
What you’ll do:
• Build and manage a pipeline of clients;
• Become an expert in our products;
• Propose marketing solutions that meet our clients’ needs;
• Expertly manage inbound enquiries;
• Convert leads and enquiries;
• Pioneer new initiatives within a fast paced, growing team;
• Develop meaningful client relationships;
• You’ll work hard at being easy to do business with;
• Achieve and exceed sales target.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll ideally be of graduate level, but this is not essential. If you’ve some experience or knowledge of the print, display, promotion and signage sector it’s a benefit, but your drive and ambitious attitude is what we are really interested in.
• You’ll have the drive to leverage sales, build relationships and convert enquiries;
• You are an excellent listener and can demonstrate sales skills;
• You have an appetite to continually learn and develop;
• You are adaptable and can think on your feet;
