Helping others in small ways

It's important this page gets a reality check. There are 1000's of worthy causes and tens of thousands of people and organisations who give their time and money tirelessly to good causes. We're not making any grand claims to be more special or better than anyone.

We do however, break into our busy schedule to support some charitable and community projects when and where we can, and some of these are detailed below.

It's about saying we do some small things to help others and appreciate the reciprocal link between business and community. No high-fives, no back-slapping - just a little bit of thoughtfulness.

Werneth School Theatrical Production

We provide creative, production and installation support to the annual Theatrical Production completed by Year 11 students from Werneth School (Romiley, Stockport). We have supported this for the past five years each October with stage dressing, large format printing and promotional posters. Romiley Forum hosts the show.

The Kiyan Prince Foundation

We helped to promote the work of Mark Prince and the Kiyan Prince Foundation with design and production of Roller Banners. The foundation works in various ways to urge young people to 'put the Knives and Guns down.'

"Thank you all so very much for the banners - I was reduced to tears and Mark Prince really loves them, they are brilliant and the colour works so well, thank you for the suggestion."

On behalf of The Kiyan Prince Foundation, Mark Prince and myself a huge thank you to everyone at The Image Group.

Johnson Tiles - Bonfire Party

We've been a long-term supporter of Johnson Tiles Charity Bonfire Party, with donations of printed PVC banners and street branding.

Sport For Life - Street Games

Design support, printed graphics and exhibition stands have been produced for this community based organisation dedicated to developing sport in disadvantaged communities.

StreetGames patron John Dwan of Sport for Life said,

"Thanks to The Image Group, the stand provided an eye-catching focal point for the launch event. It will now be used extensively at StreetGames events throughout the UK. It will help to establish our distinctive branding at the heart of everything that is great about young people being active and getting involved in sport."
