Here's an example of a huge logistical challenge we've just delivered for Europe’s largest and the world’s leading single-brand manufacturer and supplier of sanitary fittings Grohe AG.
 
The project - 594 individual point of sale stands installed into 265 stores nationwide including Ireland.

The products - comprising of 3 and 4 sided towers, Counter Top Tap Stands, Freestanding Tap Stands, Flushing Plates plus a selection of wall mounted display panels.

All items are stored in our secure warehouse which at its peak required a mighty 18,000 square feet.

All items were supplied flat packed from our client and where possible were assembled in-house prior to transportation.

Our logistics team comprised of 1 Project Manager, 4 fitters at base and 6 teams of 2 installers. Locations stretched from the South West nationwide to the North East.

The Outcome - The distribution and install process was completed in under 6 weeks.
