"We'd always had an old fashioned stand with Velcro panels. We decided to look for an up-to-date exhibition solution that would give us flexibility and portability. I researched the best solution on-line before requesting a couple of quotes. Straight away, Image Group gave us a very competitive price that took care of everything. We liked the fact it was an all inclusive Pop Up Display package. The case that takes the stand can be used as a lectern and the lights are included. The additional extras represent great value so it was a straightforward decision to proceed. I was pleased with the follow up to our enquiry which was attentive and prompt but not pushy! The team helped us through the design process offering useful advice. The stand needed to feature ten separate areas of Fort Vale activity. Obtaining the right images and permissions from our customers took much longer than we expected.

With deadlines looming, Image Group remained calm and reassured us at all times that this would not be a problem. The plan had been for them to transport the stand to us but I decided that it was better to collect it in person en-route to the show. Image Group took time out to give me a full demonstration in their exhibition showroom so that I was confident I could put the new stand up when I arrived at the exhibition the day after.

When I put the stand together one of the bulbs had gone in the lights. But Image Group's response impressed us all. They couriered a replacement over immediately and it was there before the exhibition opened at 9. It was resolved so quickly with the minimum of fuss. Everyone's delighted with the new stand.
