Product Information

We print single sheets or rolls on a wide range of indoor grade materials using in-house state of the art super wide machines.

This means we can print the largest single sheet size available (3m x 2m) in a single pass. What's more, we can also offer roll to roll alternatives up to 5m wide x 50m long. This means you can present your graphic panels or displays in single pieces without the need for tiling or joints in the design.

This format is particularly ideal for backdrops, exhibition and display stands, retail point of sale areas and sporting or leisure events.

Sheet materials:

Foamex or Rigid Foam PVC is available in 8' x 4 sheets (2440mm x 1220mm) and 10' x 5' sheets (3048mm x 1524mm). Thicknesses range from 1mm to 20mm with the most popular being 3mm, 4mm and 10mm.

Kappaboard or soft centred Foam PVC is available in 8' x 4 sheets (2440mm x 1220mm) and 300mm x 1400mm. Thicknesses available are 3mm and 5mm.

Dibond or Alupanel is available in 8' x 4 sheets (2440mm x 1220mm) and 10' x 5' sheets (3048mm x 1524mm). Thickness is 3mm.

2000 micron Lightweight Display Board is available in 8' x 4 sheets (2440mm x 1220mm). Thickness is 2mm.

Corrugated or Fluted PVC is available in 8' x 4 sheets (2440mm x 1220mm) and 10' x 5' sheets (3048mm x 1524mm). Thickness rage from 4mm to 8mm.

Roll Materials:

Solid PVC Banner Material is available up to 5m wide x 50m lengths.

Mesh PVC Banner Material is available up to 5m wide x 50m lengths.

Non fray Polyester is available up to 1800mm wide x 50m lengths.

Non fray Cotton and Canvas is available up to 1800mm wide x 50m lengths.

Self Adhesive Vinyl is available up to 2000mm wide x 50m lengths.
