Order Tracking

Our job's not done until your goods are safely in your hands.

You might be pleased to learn that we firmly believe our job isn't completely done until the safe arrival of your order. We, like thousands of other companies rely on the services of 3rd party delivery companies to complete our sales process.

Due to the varied nature of our products and the geographical spread of our customers we use a combination of local same day couriers, supplier deliveries, overnight services from TNT and some deliveries via our own transport.

The vast majority of deliveries are made without any difficulties, but occasionally a parcel might be mis-routed or delayed.

Tracking your order is a simple case of calling our sales team on 0800 389 9898. We don't really do 'departments' and we believe strongly in ownership of responsibilities and problems - so you'll most likely be speaking to the same person who helped with your order and they will investigate the delay and advise you accordingly.

Our main delivery service is by TNT and via their on-line consignment tracking, we can obtain delivery status pretty quickly and get things back on track if necessary.

We know about deadlines and the pressure of organising events and exhibitions, so will always respond with the highest priority to order tracking requests.
