These few brief paragraphs are intended to inform you how to raise any concerns you have about the way we might have failed to meet your expectations with any aspect of our service.

We enjoy providing great service and we're enthusiastic and committed to securing happy, loyal customers, who in turn feel able to recommend us to their colleagues and contacts.

The business case for this is so compelling, that we've worked hard and long to make sure this is part of The Image Group value system.

However, we recognise that sometimes things will go wrong, and it's here too, that we have an opportunity to create a positive outcome.
